GBOH, Inc. is owned by industry veteran Joel Beal and construction expert Will Roddy. We are a Texas corporation, our primary area of business is currently a 19 county area of North Texas. Our offices are in Arlington, Texas, our crew base and shop is in Fort Worth, Texas.

We buy, renovate, and sell houses in Texas and Oklahoma. We partner with a major REIT to provide medium density housing in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. We provide construction services to real estate investors.

We exist to serve people at the highest level with their real estate needs. We take the long term approach to every person, every relationship, and every deal.

We are an affiliate of WBH Marketing, Inc – WeBuyHouses.com. We are active participants in Texas Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, as well as local chambers of commerce and Realtor associations throughout Texas.
